RBT and MacDonalds

You know it just doesn’t make sense to me.

I went out this morning in our balmy 55 degree day and did an awesome RBT Speed workout.

30s on 30s off x 20 bouts.   Always changing up directions..

On my way back from the park I have to run by a MacDonald’s

The lines at the drive thru was amazing…. It looked like the voting lines yesterday.

My question is….

How many Calories do you think you could burn doing a RBT speed workout and not ever go to MacDonalds.

My guess is about 800 a day.   At least 500 with the workout.. not including the afterburn and at least another 600 by not eating that food.

Bands were made for interval training and we all know the effect interval strength training has on fat loss and developing power.

We all know how portable bands can be.

So lets start training with Bands and lets drop the MacDonalds for breakfast..
