June 14th… Tomorrow the Journey Begins
Its time to turn up the HEAT!!
June 18th Day 1 of Chaos Conditioning
As an athlete you must teach your body how to deal with the unexpected both physically and sometimes mentally inorder to maximize your potential and avoid injury. The goal of Chaos Conditioning is to teach the athletes how to expect the unexpected and work hard to overcome it regardless how tough it may seem.
Great Job and Remember…. BELIEVE IT!! 212 Degrees!!

Week 3 Recap…. Dedicated to the Freshman…
As a freshman coming into this summer it had to be a little unnerving. I know I would have been. As a parent and a coach I can not tell you how proud I am of how well all of you have performed. You have not flinched and continue to get after it.
I told you day 1, I would watch out for you and make sure I had your back. I hope you see that I meant that. Its true, I want each and everyone of you to have success as individuals and as a team.
We have alot of exciting things coming up for you this season as well as next off-season. But for now I want you to know as a group, you guys are killing it….. All I can say is …Opponents beware !!
Keep pushing 3 more weeks fellas and you will be ready to make a serious splash this fall.

Chaos Conditioning Week 4
Training for the unperdictable in my mind is the only way to try a help prevent injuries and also mentally prepare an athlete for having to do something they may have to do when their body does not necessarily want to do.
This week 60 athletes ran not 1….. not 2 …. but 3 - 300 yard shuttles after doing a full upper torso and medball/sandbag throwing series. Results… Full completion by all and 95% met the times that were asked.
Parents, be proud. Your sons met the challenge and continue to meet it every week no matter what I throw at them. They are handling the Chaos.
Congrats and great effort guys. You have come and continue to improve every single week.
Week 6 “Finish the Game”
Unfortunately in the world of sports its all about who is ahead when the final whistle blows.
There will be games this year where as a team you will have dominated but still not be ahead or
it will remain a close 1 score game. The key to winning those games is learning what you need to do to finish the game hard.
Week 6 is all about finishing the game.
I think we acheive that.
Congrats.
Final Chaos Conditioning Day - The 1000 Yard Challenge
The final chaos conditioning day was the greatest challenge yet. Everyone had a partner and had to complete with their teammate a total of 1000 yards by doing exercise that required them to go the length of a football field. Once those were completed they than had to go into overtime and complete 2 - 300 yard shuttle runs.
This would never had been completed earlier in the summer do to the difficulty.
However on the final day of Chaos conditioning, it was not just completed, it was crushed by everyone who participated.
For all that have completed and competed in this summers Fast and Fit Varsity Camp … YOU ARE READY!!
Game ON!!
