Episode #14 A Micro Mini Band Total Body Blast
A Micro Mini band is approximately 5-20 lbs of resistance. But when doubled like in the above workout it becomes about 30lbs of resistance which is perfect for a bootcamp environment.
Micro-Mini band are $12 a pair and when you add a pair of handles at $20 you have a greater metabolic training tool that will surprise you.

Episode #16 1 Band Foot Quickness Cardio
Again, remember 2 yards per band. This is great series of drill but not if you are breaking bands left and right.
Keep those crazy clients in line.
If you are wondering, we are using Black 3/4 inch wide (wider and more comfortable) bands.

Episode #18 A simple but effective Playground workout
This weeks I would like to show you one of the most effective and easy to set up workouts I will do in my bootcamp using the 20-10 sec tabatas with a simple RBT FREE Attachment set ups.
Typically a Push and a Pull or a continuous Push or Pull. It is pretty easy to implement anywhere using bands. The following RBT Live is another playground workout where we do continous Push or continuous pull for 4 sets and than switch. Its my Giant Set Tabatas.
We also demonstrate a continuous pull exercise that we do for 4 sets and than switch sides.
Many of you are often asking which bands I am using. It is just like lifting weights. Based on your strength and exercise plan will dictate which bands you use. My suggestions is you alway look at purchasing at least 2 or 3 different pairs of bands so because push -pull- lower torso - upper torso will not all be the same when it comes to resistance needs.
My most popular of all band package is the Intermediate Package…. I will provide all the bands you need to do any of the RBT Live workouts.

Most of us need better lateral dynamic stability to protect us from caving in to the forces caused by gravity, momentum and ground reaction.
Don’t settle for just being stable in standing… Teach your body to be stable on the fly.
