BAND MAN!!!

Thank you for making such an amazing product available. Love the bands – they have completly changed the way I train and stretch. Bought the advanced pack about 6-8 months ago and canceled my gym membership. I love the total body training, explosive training. Was also turned on to WORKOUT MUSE through your youtube videos, which have given me many ideas on how to keep my training challanging and fun. Im sure you can agree with this – its just nice being faster, stronger, and having more stamina than 98% of the population. I’m buying some replacement bands tonight. Unfortunitly my car was stolen about a month ago and all of my bands were in the back except for one PURPLE and my two BLUES. It was fine though. Came up with many different to make the PURPLE work for me. Keep it up Dave!

Bands Keep Life (and our joints) Going Strong

 

Dave, no question at this time, but I gotta let you know how much I”ve gotten into incorporating bands, and specifically your workouts, stretching, and tips, into my routines. I conversed with you a couple of months ago, (don”t know if you remember, 54 year old (young) police detective, arthritic knees, recuperating from rotator cuff surgery), and I have faithfully and systematically incorporated your drills into my a.m. workouts (matter of fact, due to time constraints, sometimes it”s the only thing I do in the a.m.); happy to report at this time, knees, hips,and yes, shoulder,  are all feeling stronger, more spring in my step, and my strength workouts seem to be greatly enhanced.

 

I just wanted to exxtend my thanks, you are an inspiration, and keep the episodes coming!  God Bless.

Attention Coaches – Get Flexible …. Get Powerful!!

Just a note to let you know how impressed we have been with the use of bands in our strength and conditioning program at Brodhead High School.

 

We have become much quicker and faster in just a few weeks using the band progression.

 

However most of all our athletes flexibility has increased dramatically. We have taken athletes who have hit plateaus in the weight room and they have increased their maxes dramatically. Just as an example in our football program we had 25players squatting 300 lbs or more last spring. Last week we tested and had 36 players max out over 300 and 5 of them over 400 lbs! Two are even flirting with 500 lbs.

 

The biggest difference has been the use of bands in our daily routine.

Band Blasting and PX90….. 

 

Dave’s Bands are great. Being a boot camp / personal trainer, not only do my clients love using these bands during the sessions, but I have incorporated them into my own workouts as well. I am currently following the P90X and switched from dumbbells to the Black and Purple bands.

 

They are kicking my butt a lot more then the dumbbells were. I feel as if i am really adding a challenge to my body but find it easier to use then the weights! If your following P90x, then you need to get these bands to really get the results you see on TV. Live Fit, Live Free.

I want to thank you for all the great workouts using your bands for about 18 months. Most of my workouts incorporate bodyweight training or bands. The bands havebeen an outstanding alternative to free weights and easily packed in a suitcase to exercise on the road.
 
I’m in the military and was jokingly called the Rubberband Man at my last assignment. I thinking I’m statistically better conditioned now than 20 years ago, largely due to my bands. I’m studying for my certification and plan to utilize the bands with clients. Keep the great videos coming.

I am a 22 year old male love fitness and love RBT! About 4 months ago i got the Advance Fitness Package from you and it is really something. I have gotten quicker, my vert is getting so much better.

 

Thank you very much for doing what you do man, the videos are very good and the info is very true and useful. I am going to school for Sports Medicine and you really are no B.S.

 

Just moved to Germany and my gym right now is the backyard and your bands. It has only been a week and playing ball the other day i noticed how much faster i was and how much more i could jump.

 

Using the RBTLIVE videos right now, love the ones for big bands use, have been getting a couple of my buddies into it and the workouts are really nothing I have ever done before, few days ago I almost had to puke…

Hello Dave,

 

I was referred to you through Mike Roussell. I purchased one of your RBT packages earlier this week, and have been watching your tutorial videos. I am not new to fitness, I am 28 years old and have been one of those “gym guys” since I was 18. Recently my time has been limited, due to work and family.  Needless to say, I cannot make the time to go to the gym.

 

This is only my second day using RBT, but I have to say that these are some of the most efficient and effective workouts I have ever done, be that at the gym or at home.

Attention Trainers…. Raving Clients are good for business

 

Hi Dave,

I just wanted to let you know that I just completed my first mini boot camp using your bands.  I did a 3 day camp and I used the RBT A, B, C sample workouts that I got with my economy package.  It was a total hit! I kept the size to just 5 ladies so I could manage everything easily since this was new for me too.  I have asked the ladies for feedback so I could decide if I wanted to incorporate the bands into my 4 week boot camp sessions and I wanted to share with you the comments I have received so far

Band camp was awesome!  I felt like I had great workouts!  Those resistance bands make me work harder than I originally thought. I have some at home, and I will be incorporating them into my off day workouts too.  I definitely think that incorporating them into the regular boot camp workouts would be great. Squats were killers, but I think they were so much better than free squats without weights.

Personally, I think the black bands provide a better workout, but for some people, the red ones may be the max amount of tension they want.  The other exercise I liked is running in place for a period of time and then resting. I prefer that to regular running, because it is small bursts of all out running, rather than long distances (because I despise running). The side by side shuffling was killing my knees. I don’t think I would like that all the time…

Anyway, thanks again!  I enjoyed the week and am so glad I joined. I love to hate working out! Ha ha. But seriously – I miss working out and this is great!  I really do love it.

I LOVED IT! It was great…that was one of the best weeks of camp that I have had….I really liked the bands…and as to a preference…I liked them both…I used the black when I wanted to push myself…and the red for the other times….I think more folks would like red…but a good mix of both would work too. Depending on the numbers that sign up…I would be open to using the bands for an entire workout on some days…just to mix it up….

I look forward to seeing what other exercises we could do with them. And let me tell you….today as I was walking to the building at work…a coworker laughed at me…and said..bootcamp today? I could barely move or walk after driving to work….but it was a good pain…I really worked some of my unused muscles.
